Ijeoma meaning “safe journey” in the Nigerian Igbo language speaks on the vision of each piece, its message, and delivery into the world (the process). “Art is life and is something that has always been a part of my journey...literally and figuratively.” Stephanie Onwenu, artist and founder of Ijeomalandartscapes LLC, is a Detroit native and multifaceted creative. The art form process is created through creative expression, design and storytelling - resulting in the landscape art experience. She enjoys taking a creative approach to design through her work using natural materials, 3D art and modeling as an expressive tool to convey ideas and concepts.
