Mark Palmer established his art career in the mid 90's in Washington, DC. In 2002 he purchased and renovated a pre-civil war building in Paducah KY's Lowertown district where he had his gallery. In 2015 Palmer relocated to Florida's Space Coast where he maintains his studio and residence. Palmer's work hangs in both private and corporate collections in the US, Europe, Canada and Australia.
