We Care is a volunteer-driven, grass-roots organization that has successfully served the most vulnerable, food-insecure people in our communities including veterans, senior citizens, young families, the disabled, those without healthcare, those with underpaying jobs, and the unemployed. Over the past 13 years, We Care has been on the front lines of hunger relief and has grown to distribute over 3 million pounds of food per year. We Care has the largest distribution complex in Citrus County and is now able to help pantries over a four-county area.
