Maybird Confections is a small family business that specializes in delectable toffee. Maybird toffee is handcrafted in small batches at our commercial kitchen in Alpharetta. The basic recipe hasn’t changed much since Julie started making it during the holidays 30 years ago, but we’ve upgraded the ingredients to use the very best available, including fine couverture chocolate, organic butter, organic sugar, Georgia pecans, California almonds, and Himalayan pink salt. Our signature product is made with dark chocolate, which pairs well with the buttery toffee layer. We also offer our toffee topped with milk chocolate, extra dark chocolate, or "white gold", which is a caramel white chocolate.
