Communications are all through event y and spotty. Also their layouts and load in instructions are not great and absolutely no help onsite. For the Cary Night Market it’s like the hunger games and a VERY long walk uphill back and forth to your car. Spaces are not marked, and they never come around to see how you are doing. Lastly it is a very expensive market- over $150 + fees each show. Will not be back.

I’ve been a vendor with the Night Market company at many events over the past 3 years and find the company to be very professional and genuine! This is a company that cares about our community and does a lot to be actively involved in making the community better! I recommend them 100% both as a vendor and as a shopper (I love shopping local from fellow vendors!)

Sara and her team are incredibly supportive and attentive, friendly, always checking in to make sure I am comfortable and have what I need. The events are well-planned, with a great atmosphere that makes it enjoyable for both vendors and attendees. I also love how inclusive these events are. They come by to make sure you are doing good, especially when the weather is hot. The events are well organized. I always have a great and fun experience at their markets. I will definitely continue to apply for their markets.

the organizer could not be reached after recieving an acceptance - i reached out to ask when and how to pay my booth fee and never heard back from her. then 2.5 weeks later i get an email stating i was waitlisted instead of accepted - upon trying to get back in touch with the organizer i was again ignored. i had to reach out to the cary parks and recreation department before i ever heard back from sara buxton about what happened. after explaining to her what happened, she finally replied that my "card was declined" when they tried to process booth fee - instead of reaching out to let me know there was an issue with the card they waitlisted my application and wouldnt reply to me until i spoke to the parks dept administrator. an organizer who wont correspond with vendors is highly unprofessional and her messages to me after i was finally able to reach her were out right rude. i will not consider vending with this organization again.

I have been a vendor at several events run by Sara and The Night Market team. Every event has been very well organized, clear instructions are sent prior to each event, and the staff is always friendly and helpful on event day. They advertise their events very well, and each market has been well attended.

Sara and her team have been amazing to work with. Great support at the event, they care about the vendors, and they draw in the crowds from all the advertising they do. You can book your entire month with all the events they host.

One of the best vendor market company's in N.C., the owner is great and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend all attend their events whether you're a vendor or patron looking to support local businesses.
