Rumble Boxing is a 45-minute, full-body workout where you spend 1⁄2 the time boxing (with our custom aqua-filled bags) and 1⁄2 the time strength training (using your bodyweight and various weights). The class is broken down into 10 rounds , but no experience is necessary, as the trainer will teach you everything you need to know. It’s the perfect combination of fitness and entertainment as you are working out in dark lights to custom hip-hop and dance mashups.
