Had an issue with a figure but Roger went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

I'm sorry that your figure is broken and to clarify these are actually brand new figures that I personally de constructed in order to get it shipped over to the US. We re-wrap it back up at the shows.
That being said, I'm sorry your figure was broken from your transport from Katsucon to your home. Can you tell me which figure it was so we can replace it for you?
