Absolutely horrible event coordinator. We were told there were 3 lemonade vendors, there were NINE. I was moved three times due to the promoters not having any idea what was going on. We were told 100k + event? There was MAYBE 8-10k over the weekend. All issues were ignored, I asked for a refund and was told that they would not refund MY money because they didn’t like the way I approached the situation. We drove from Florida to Chattanooga, paid vendor fees, hotel, gas, inventory all based on what we were told to prepare for (100-120k people) EVERYONE lost money. This promoter is your typical out for cash promoter that has zero regard for vendors making any money, or any consideration for vendors I general. Probably the worst event we have ever attended. We have paid for another event that we won’t be attending as well. Robin Roberts is a fraud, and a scam artist. Do not fall for the tricks, you will be horribly disappointed. The vendor has a professional attiude that is non existing. She feels she needs to talk for everyone. She has signed a contract that states everything about the show and what to expect. So she had plenty of time to not join the event. As we all know the event is no guarantee of attentance depending on weather and other things. The event was on televison with great reviews, and the crowd attendance was correct. Lets all remember promoters also have many channels to try to hurt vendors but we choose not to as you should know what you are getting into when you sign a agreement. Our applications aask for your signature on many things and there is no fraud. we use a company and are in the guidelines of the contract. If you have any questions please feel free to contract us and we can give you correct honest infomation and the contract that is availalbe to see prior to signing up.

The event last year had to be canceled and they were very professional and offered choices to replace that event, Then the next event was canceled and they even offered other events to replace that event.

Worst event coordinator I have ever been involved with. As a long-time event vendor as well as event coordinator, I am well versed in how to both support your vendors as well as promote for attendance. Robin and her team do an atrocious job on both fronts. Their shows are poorly attended and promotion is non-existent. The attendance at every event drops by about 25% per year and she is losing event contracts and show ambassadors due to rampant event mismanagement. In 15 years of experience both as a vendor and an event coordinator, I have never experienced such a greedy, disconnected, self-serving, and unimaginative organizer in my life. STAY AWAY... There are dozens of better organizers and hundreds of better options to be a vendor at.

Absolutely horrible company. They lie about their ability to put on an event. Robin plays the part of a sweet old lady with a dying husband. She's a nasty monster guilting people with her husbands medical issues and then threatens legal action if you speak against her. Events are dead.

vendor was refunded her show she was at another show and a third show. Her product and her attitude is less than par for a flea market let alone a arts and craft show. I have never threathen legal action against anyone. If you would like more information on this vendor please notify me and I will be glad to share my experience with her. I do not spread rumors or go against vendors. The vendor should always realize promoters talk to each other and many have with this one vendor . sorry this vendor felt this necessary after a year.
