We are an Asian-Latin fusion food truck. Our menu features Asian street skewers( juicy tender beef, spiced BBQ chicken, five-spice pork belly, charred deep fried tofu, and mixed not necessarily greens.); Dominican empanadas which includes chicken empanadas in tomato olive sauce, beef empanadas in red wine sauce as well as mushroom empanadas in Japanese sake sauce). Current Soup special is Thai Tom Yum soup which is Thailand's famous hot & sour soup, which comes with shrimp and mushrooms. For sides, we have yucca fries with sriracha aioli, grill corn with 13 spice BBQ sauce as well as Chinese scallion pancakes. Our truck is unique and delivers powerful flavors.
