didnt receive as seller dont post to england, so i cant comment, but was a shame as it did look lovely

It really is sad and most disheartening that because I choose not to ship internationally on any of my e-commerce sites, I am subjected to an unearned, possibly damaging demerit to my small, solo handmade business. I enjoy creating lovely little dollhouse bedding sets and they have been featured in two dollhouse magazines and in numerous beautiful dollhouses on social media. It’s very peaceful, calming, satisfying and enjoyable. However, my experience with international shipping/custom fees/VAT/Royal Post, etc, has not been tranquil. I have over 3700 sales on Etsy and my e-commerce site, Chantallena.com, with over 1700 five star reviews. To be allowed to review an item you did not even receive seems rather unfair and just an opportunity to again complain about someone’s business decision regarding international shipping. Again, I am so sad about your disappointment in not receiving a lovely dollhouse bedding set from Chantallena. Perhaps this review wasn’t so bad after all?
