Secret Revealed: The NC Black Bear Festival has won 4 awards for "Best T-Shirt" from the NCAF&E and the Southeast Festival & Events Assoc. - and they were all designed by Rachel Screen Printing!!! They are great folks to deal with. I highly recommend them.
