Attended a home show back in March. Was told that I would receive the Double Swing, Cover & Stand in 2-4 weeks. Now we are over a month and no communication until I filed a BBB report on this customer. Now they are trying to FIGHT us on the request of a REFUND! I would not buy anything from this company or any rep, the Rep is also non responsive and they just want to take your money without any communication. I'll take this fight to what ever level I have to and will not go away! Lesson - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE!
