HomeMade Caramels by Melissa Weil was established in the fall of 2018. Melissa Weil and her family fell in love with the caramels when they stumbled across them in a small candy store in southern Utah. Melissa was ordering the caramels for her family and gifts all throughout the year directly from the sweet, elderly lady who made them. In 2015 this sweet lady called Melissa asking if she would like to learn how to make the caramels. A few months later, Melissa was standing in her kitchen learning the secret recipe this sweet lady had developed over time. Melissa was asked to not share the secrets with anyone, but to one day pass it down.
