I ordered two prints from this seller, and after a month, I contacted them because I hadn't received them, nor had I received a shipping confirmation/tracking number. After three attempts to contact them (spaced out over another month), they never got back to me. So I contacted Eventeny support, and after looking into my purchase, Eventeny issued me a refund.
EDIT: The seller contacted me a couple days ago and apologized for my experience. Apparently my order went missing, but the seller didn't receive my messages due to an error.
