I ordered this in November er and it arrived after Christmas.

I'm sorry that you're unhappy. While it's true that your order was placed in November, it was after 10pm on November 30th. At that time, I made it known that I was hand-making all items & it would take some time before they were ready.
As I mentioned on 12-18 when you emailed me, all orders were shipped by 12-16, and the extended delays were solely due to the extensive issues with the USPS during this pandemic holiday season.
I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive when you wanted it to, but it was not my fault.
