Palm Springs Life International Award at the Indian Wells Arts Festival

Palm Springs Life's Julie Rogers presents artist Tatsuo Sagane with the International Award. Sagane travels from Kyoto, Japan to showcase his handmade pottery, often featuring traditional Japanese tea sets.
