Camp Leavenworth will take place September 20th & 21st at Leavenworth Landing Park in Leavenworth, KS. Accepted food vendors will be required to pay a $400 vendor fee, 10% of sales to Camp Leavenworth.  If your power exceeds 20 AMPS there is an additional fee for electricity.

 

You must have a Leavenworth, KS current Mobile Food Vendor and Health permit, or apply and receive a temporary permit in order to operate at the festival.

Accepted vendors will be notified no later than August 1st. Once accepted to Camp Leavenworth your credit card will be charged. Vendors are selected based on variety of menu, overall look of set up, and festival/event experience.

Welcome to Camp Leavenworth 2024! We pride ourselves in showcasing the best of our beloved city and we would love for your local business or non-profit organization to be a part of our festival. But we do want to be clear, this is NOT an opportunity to fundrasier, but rather friend-raise! What we mean by this is in order to participate we expect you to either sponsor an on-theme activity or provide a service for the festival that adds overall value. Some examples of apprioate activities and services are listed below. Please review, get creative and submit your idea TODAY! 

 

ACTIVITIES:

• LV Arts running the Camp Crafty booth, providing art projects and staffing
• Leavenworth Main Street & City Staff ran a scavenger hunt activity on site
• Coming up with a theme, coordinating and providing staffing for the Chalk Art Contest
• Providing smores kits and staffing to facilitate the smores area on site

"Local Leavenworth" Makers must live within the city limits of Leavenworth. Local Leavenworth makers must sell handmade goods. All applicants must pay a $50 application fee to be considered for the Local Leavenworth area. All Local Leavenworth applications will be juried by event organizers, and vendors will be notified by August 1st if they are selected to participate.
 
Once accepted to the Local Leavenworth area you must confirm your attendance. Your space will be a 10'x10' booth within a larger shared tent. Tables and chairs will be provided upon request.
